Ask Rubberman Supporting Characters
Ask Rubberman.com is an program funded and created by Santa Cruz County to raise awareness about pregnancy and STD's, primarily in high school boys. Various issues are addressed by cartoon characters, that are the supporting cast to the Rubberman figure in the logo.
